All meats are not the same. There are ingredients that give certain meats a special taste. You can't just put salt and pepper on all your meats. You can't just use All-Purpouse Seasonings on all meats either. Why? Because the meats deserve better. Each meat require attention. Putting salt and pepper and/or all-purpose seasoning salt is nothing but lazy.
Or, you can buy garlic salt, garlic powder, pepper, onion powder, onion salt, sugars, etc and make your cabinets full and messy. Then you would have to clean all the salts, peppers, and other seasonings that spilled on your cabinet.
